What products do you offer?
We offer a wide variety of loose-leaf teas in all six varieties. We select our teas directly from their places of origin. We also carry a selection of high-end accessories for tea ceremonies and mindful tea preparation.
Where do your teas come from?
We personally select our teas at their source, working with producers and tea masters from the world’s most iconic tea-growing regions: Taiwan, China, Japan, as well as in Latin America—Peru and Argentina.
How can I buy tea or accessories?
You can purchase our products at our brick-and-mortar store at Olazábal 2510, Belgrano, Buenos Aires, or through our online sales channels. For product inquiries, we use WhatsApp exclusively.
Do you offer advice on choosing tea?
Yes. We have a sensory questionnaire on our website that helps you discover the perfect artisanal tea for you. In addition, our team is trained to provide you with personalized advice.
What is the return policy?
We do not issue cash refunds. The amount paid will be available as credit toward training courses, trips, or future purchases of tea or accessories.
