High-quality pure loose-leaf tea, selected at the source.
Known as the “Iron Goddess of Mercy,” Tie Guan Yin is one of the most iconic oolongs from Anxi, Fujian. Made from carefully selected leaves processed through a partial oxidation process, it yields a bright, greenish-yellow infusion with a silky texture. Its aromatic profile is characterized by delicate floral notes—particularly orchid—accompanied by fresh vegetal undertones and a subtle sweetness. Its finish is long, clean, and lingering, reflecting the elegance and complexity of the great Fujian oolongs.
