Tea Ceremony Master II

We present the new structure of our Professional Training in the TaiJi-Style Tea Ceremony.

The ceremony style we teach at Pei Chen was created by Mei Hsin (co-founder) and is endorsed by her teachers in China and Taiwan.

This tea ceremony represents a convergence between the Gong Fu Cha preparation method, the practice of TaiJi, and the Dao (the Way) as a guiding philosophy.

About CHA CHA

Cha Dao literally means “The Way of Tea” in Chinese. It is an ancient philosophy and practice that goes beyond the mere preparation and consumption of tea.

It is a spiritual and cultural path that seeks harmony between the individual, nature, and the essence of tea. In Cha Dao, every stage — from the selection of the leaves to the ceremony itself — is carried out with mindfulness, respect, and gratitude, fostering a deep connection with the present moment and nurturing inner peace. More than just a beverage, tea becomes a medium for cultivating serenity and wisdom.

Course Modality

All courses are offered online through Zoom or a similar platform, allowing participants from anywhere in the world to join in real time.
